All Arissai® pieces are made to order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@arissai.com with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
